What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in 100% authentic merchandise from a wide range of incredible artists, from indie and alternative to rock and electronic. You’ll find high-quality band t-shirts, vinyl records, accessories, and more from acts like Amyl and the Sniffers, Angel Olsen, A Winged Victory For The Sullen, and Afghan Whigs.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items shown on our site are available for order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such and removed from the store.
I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?
We process orders super quickly (within 1-2 business days) to get your gear to you fast! Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our music-loving headquarters in Tampa, Florida, USA.
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): The fastest option. We ship via DHL or FedEx, and your order will arrive within 10-15 days after it leaves our warehouse.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. We use EMS service, with delivery in 15-25 days after leaving our warehouse.
How long does it take to process my order?
We take 1-2 business days to carefully quality-check, pack, and prepare your order for its journey to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We deliver to music fans across the globe. However, due to complex customs regulations, we are unable to ship to some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. Our system will automatically notify you if we cannot ship to your location at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount varies by country and is determined by your local customs office. We are required by international law to declare the full value of all packages.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll generate a tracking number and send it directly to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your merch’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be stoked on your gear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like face masks or earrings.
