Hey there, music fan! We know that sometimes the merch doesn’t quite hit the right note. At Hello Merch Sales Store, we want you to be 100% stoked about your band tees, vinyl, and accessories. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as smooth as a perfect guitar solo.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (when possible)
Note on Final Sale Items: Based on our product offerings from artists like A Dead Forest Index, A Place To Bury Strangers, and other limited edition acts, some items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These are typically limited edition vinyl, special collaboration items, or clearance merchandise and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get your return or exchange processed:

  1. Contact us first: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to make sure you include all the necessary info.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack it up: Securely package your return including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship it back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive the return

International Returns

Since we ship globally (except some parts of Asia and remote areas), international returns are subject to the same policy. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund—your choice!
