Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We get it—you want your merch ASAP! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship globally (except some parts of Asia and remote areas) with two options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Heads up! International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% stoked about your band tees, vinyl, and accessories. If something isn’t quite hitting the right note, here’s our returns process:
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for return:
- Merchandise must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items should be in original packaging (when possible)
Important Note on Final Sale Items
Based on our product offerings from artists like A Dead Forest Index, A Place To Bury Strangers, and other limited edition acts, some items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These typically include:
- Limited edition vinyl releases
- Special collaboration items
- Clearance merchandise
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to get your return or exchange processed:
- Contact us first: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack it up: Securely package your return including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship it back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Once we receive and process your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive the return
International Returns
International returns are subject to the same policy. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund—your choice!
