Some items—particularly limited edition vinyl, special collaborations, and clearance merchandise—may be marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We’ll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order—it’s just our way of saying we got it. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. While we try to ensure all items on our site are in stock, sometimes popular merch sells out fast. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we’ll notify you and refund any payments for that item.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

We ship to most global destinations (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas) with two options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as we have no control over them. Any delays in customs are beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to love your merch! If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible:

• Merchandise must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items should be in original packaging when possible

Final sale items (limited editions, special collaborations, clearance merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package your return with the RMA number visible

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

International Returns
